This story begins in 1961, in a place not considered very significant, Phoenix, Arizona. Two African American men, during a time of national unrest, rose to be the Robin Hoods of the community and opened a night club called the “El Morocco”. To avoid becoming the focal point for some viscous murders, they had to solve them, or lose everything. Mixed with laughter, crazy characters and a strong dose of “who did it?”, you’ll know why these men would always say…”Ain’t no hill fo a Steppa”.
